Change a knob to a slider in Kontakt scripting preset

Hello guys,

I am using the "Unisono - Portamento" script preset from Kontakt in one of my instruments. All parameters are knobs. But I want to change the "Time" knob in the portamento section to a slider, so I can apply my own knob design to it.

Can someone help me to do this?

find the declaration of that knob

use the replace function in any text editor to change the found knob declaration that probably looks something like "declare ui_knob $maybe_time(1,10,1)" to "declare ui_slider $maybe_time(1,10)"

keep the range value the same.
