Instead of 100 free days of Komplete Now (from Novation) I received only 30 days

Hi,

I received a coupon code from Novation Collective to get 100 free days of Komplete Now.

I used this code, but my account shows only 30 days.

I tried to open several support tickets (including the code form Novation), but my account shows no tickets and I received no confirmation emails.
