VST issues

Hi everyone, I am new to this community having recently purchased a Komplete Kontrol 49 . I am asking for advice on a VST error i am. getting which is preventing me from using a lot of the plugins on my 2021 M1 Macbook pro.

I have tried to RTFM (read the f*ing manual) and follow instructions for installing rosetta but it never seems to come up as an option.

If any one out there can help me so i can use my machine to full potential i would love that very much .
