Traktor DJ2 for iPad not detecting all ITunes tracks

New user of the Traktor DJ2 app on iPad Pro; and can’t seem to figure out why some of my downloaded tracks show up in my playlist and some don’t. The ones that don’t show up can be found by searching but are greyed out and unavailable (see attached image). Any help or ideas? Thanks!

    Are these tracks that you've purchased, or from a streaming subscription?

    You won't be able to play Apple Music streamed tracks.

    They’re tracks I purchased from Beatport.
