Komplete Audio 6 MK1 Not recognizing audio input signal
Hi there,
As the title says basically my soundcard isn't recognizing audio input signal, it has worked before and it is not working currently for some reason that I am not being able to figure out.
I've downloaded the latest drivers and rebooted my PC several times with no luck.
I remember before I would use to insert whichever instrument and I could see the green light on the input representing the signal but now there's not light at all.
I've also turned phatom power to see if it had any influence but apparently it doesn't.
I guess I'm running out of options here thinking my soundcards inputs have gotten ruined somehow?
Any tips would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Lyz

@Lyz The ultimate test is to check the soundcard on another computer. If it behaves the same, then you need to get in touch with our hardware department here: https://bit.ly/NISupport_Hardware

@Lyz If it works on another computer then it's a software issue and should be fixable. You would then need to reinstall the driver and try these steps: My Native Instruments Hardware Device is Not Recognized
