Hello Native. im sorry for asking here. but i didnt found any proper task on the native support tickets to ask this specific question.
ten years ago (2012) my brother and me purchased the Native Komplete 7 and Maschine. since it always was registered on his system it was never a problem. though my brother sadly died this year and i am not able to log in on his account. so i can not use the products atm and also not transfer a license. is there any solution to this problem? i still have the packages and serial numbers all in my possesion.
