Connect MPC Live to Komplete Audio 6 MK1

Hey guys,

I've got a pretty basic set-up question here: How do I connect my MPC Live to the Komplete Audio 6 (MK1) with active speakers (KRK Rokit 5)? The only way that seems reasonable to me is connecting the MPC to Input 3/4 on the Komplete 6 with 1/4" TRS cables and then setting "monitor on" to 3/4 accordingly. The only way I've got it to work so far however is by running the sound through a DAW. Is there no way to get the sound through without a laptop?

I'd be thankful for any hints.
