Is AAS part of Komplete 14 Collectors edition?

I recently purchased the upgrade to K14CE and today I saw an email about the AAS. is that a bundle sold separately or is it something that is part of 14 that is been sold as a pack-like extension? I am also trying to use all my vouchers but I don't know on what!

There are 3 Plugin Alliance Voucher but no AAS in the list. Is AAS part of Plugin Alliance?
