Kontrol S4 mk2 has no cue output to headphones

Hello, my software can still see me turning the cue mix knob.. But no matter which way I turn it, I get the same output to my headphones that is going to the monitors. I can't hear cued tracks at all!

I tried switching outputs after my set this evening (I set the monitors to channels 3-4 and my headphones to channels 1-2) and then I was able to hear cued music through the monitors. Does this mean that I have a hardware/sound card issue with the headphone output?

I have another gig tomorrow which I am dreading having to mix using waveforms only! Thanks for any advice

Fixed: updated kontrol s4 driver and made sure to reselect my driver as asio
