Battery and Massive Libraries won't install

Hey, new to Komplete and installed a few of the things, but both Battery and Massive's libraries will not install. I have given drive access to as many things as the mac os lets me. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I have changed the locations of the directories inside Native Access preferences. I went through all the folders in mac os and changed all the settings to read and write for all users. anything else I can do to make this install? screenshot of Battery's factory location and it's empty.

    Did you try to open Battery and Massive standalone versions? That should run a scan of the different preset libraries.
