you can automate tempo changes on the maschine + yes ? can't find anything about it in the manual

no you can't, you could do it afterwards with the audio material or within a DAW with the maschine plugin. If you just want to have a part slower in between a song you can resample it internally and slow it down that way.
This issue is the main reason I don't use my Maschine+ more often. It is so easy to do everything in any of the DAWs I use. I check in to the community now and then to see if this update has been delivered!
