Using USB Audio devices as INPUT only

I'm connecting my OPZ or MC 101 to Maschine+. It's super nice to have 1 cable for midi and audio, but the problem is that using an external device as audio interface, the sound of Maschine+ is routed via that "sound card" so if you would like to sample it back you'd have to mute all the other stuff.

It would be cool to be able to use certain "sound cards" just as inputs only, like an Aggregate device on MacOS.
