Purchase Page Not Working and Nothing Makes Sense.

Hi! I upgraded to Komplete 14 Standard on Friday. I wanted to upgrade Ozone 10 Standard to Advanced and there was an option for a "Cross-grade" for $200--the regular price was $249. It said I didn't have a qualifying product. Then today the full version went on sale for $200. Still, the "Purchase" page showed the old price, $249, for the full version and the "Cross-grade" was still $200 and I didn't qualify. But wait, just to complicate things even further I got an email from Plugin Boutique that is offering the full version of Ozone 10 Advanced for $149. So now I'm bewildered. What would you advise?
