How can I Fix the Sound bug in Komplete Control

Hey Guys, After the last komplete update I could no longer use komplete control properly. I don't really know how to describe it, so watch the video.
No matter which sound is to be played in Komplete Controll, each of them somehow doesn't work. In the video I was able to demonstrate this well with the FL Studio metronome. However, there is also a problem without a metronome, the sound is not produced correctly. With Kontak
t or the instruments themselves, everything works again. I've repaired and rescanned Komplete Control a few times.

Unfortunately, I had to record the video with my cell phone because the error disappeared when I tried to record it via screen capture.

    When in Komplete Kontrol in standalone, do you have any issues?

    Are you running FL Studio and Komplete Kontrol as admin? How to Run a Program as an Administrator

    If you select the plug-in view in the Komplete Kontrol plug-in window and you click on the NI logo, what version of Kontakt is shown?

    Thank you for your reply and I apologize for writing so late. I wasn't often at home at that time.

In standalone mode, Komplete works perfectly, I just tried a few instruments and there were no errors.
Unfortunately I can't attach a photo. My version of Kontakt in Komplete is: 6.7.1 (RO).
You also asked if komplete is running as admin, I can't tell you that as I'm using a Macbook and the tutorial was for Windows. My apologies for omitting this information.

    Hi @Jeremy_NI , I also encountered a similar issue. In standalone Komplete Kontrol works fine, however when playing in Fl studio, sound starts clicking when metronome is on.
