Native access issues

I cannot log into native access. More importantly the computer in question will not even log onto

So there is some kind of firewall issue but the firewall is turned off.

I saw that I should make ports 80 and 443 have a connection rule so I made those rules. I forget where I found that info. I have restarted and reinstalled older version of Native access and nothing is working.

I can get to other websites without an issue but not native instruments?

I am on windows 10 22h2

I figured it out. I had my Vienna server set to a static IP address. switching this to a DHCP let everything come through.

So it is working now.

I did also go through this process regaurding turning off the proxies and it did not help
