KK CPU performance M1 silicon
terrible performance here…even standalone, 48khz and terrible clicks and drop outs. Same patch on Kontakt and it’s fine. Have a super fast Mac.
what’s the story?
Hard to tell, not enough info to replicate any tests.
These are the specs I found when I looked for a "Super Fast Mac"
Not sure that's the model you have tho...1
Indeed, more details on your setup would be helpful here.0
Haha good one!! Thanks. :)0
MacBook Pro M1 Pro/32ram/ULN8 MkIV.
it was just an enquiry to see if anyone else has been having this issue. Thanks.0

And which DAW? It may happen, that DAW wrongly allocates KK to 'efficiency' core....
You may try to disable those cores and try if KK will run well in this case....0
Do you have the latest version of KK installed? Trying to figure out if you're running it with Rosetta or natively.0
Latest version. Natively/silicon. Stand alone, Cubase, Ableton, Logic. ***** out with one instance. Same instrument in kontakt is fine.
One instance of Noire in standalone, and the audio is clicking all over the place…crazy time.0
