install failed but left remnants - how to clean up

Hi,

New to Native Access. Installed software that was included with S series keyboard. All was going well for the most part but the installation of Reaktor 6 complained about a folder setting.

I corrected the folder setting, tried the install again and then the installation succeeded.

But as you can see from the screen shot there is an entry for the failed install - the one showing version 0.0.0.

Can the be cleaned up and, if so, how?

That's a weird one. You could try uninstalling Reaktor 6 by using this tool: NI Uninstall RegTool_64bit.zip

Then install from scratch in Native Access.
