Reproduce Traktor DJ IOS "finger freeze slicing"

Hi everyone.

I am having a lot of fun playing with my iPad, iPhone and create live on the fly remix by using a loop on one deck in freeze mode and sort of "finger drumming' various parts of the sample.

Do you know if there is any hardware or way to reproduce this type of effect ? I tried to chop the sample in Ableton Live or Maschine but it only generate fix points samples and you can not have the full access of the sample (like in the middle of a slice for example).

Any idea if Traktor S8 or other controller could do that ?
