Kontakt 7 wont register with serial number given

My kontakt 7 (crossgade) will not register in native access. when i enter the serial number it says "invalid serial" and i know its the correct serial becuase ive typed it in exactly about 20 times.

when i load up kontakt 7, it loads up in demo mode. by the way everything else registered in native access sucessfully except for kontakt 7, and kontakt factory library 2. it also says demo for both

please help ive spent 199 on this and i am pissed

im not sure, i thought the kontakt 7 bundle came alone as the full version, but no i do not have any base products
