Traktor Kontrol MK1 installation

OK.. so here is my first question.. I have gone and got myself a second hand Tracktor Kontrol Mark 1. DJ controller. (My first 4 channel)

I have an old all in one Acer MMC computer running with Windows 10 Pro.

I have downloaded the windows driver for the Trackor Kontrol S4 mark 1

and have set-up my Native Access Account.

Are there any more important downloads that are needed and required to be installed before I go and buy/install the software PRO 3?

I loved my old S4 mk1. Such a great, fun controller, enjoy.

As it's an older and used S4 the very first thing you need to do is calibrate the jogwheels, knobs and faders.

I had the very first S4MK1 in the UK, it was a pre-production model and I used it at over 500 gigs before the MK2 came out. I still consider it to be one of very few genuine game changers in the DJ gear world.

I remember that unit! I sent my OG (probably 1st or 2nd in Canada) back to HQ due to dead jogwheels wish I'd kept it just for the nostalgia.

Yes I agree.. should have put it in a deep photo frame and hanged the picture up on the wall somewhere in your DJ music production studio (if you had one) it would make a great conversation starter especially about all the DJ gigs you did with it... I will probably do that with mine... if ever the jog wheels fail.... 😎
