Maschine Mk1 wont power on

Hello guys. I just bought a used Maschine Mk1 and am having trouble powering it on. When I plug in the MIDI into the computer, it will light up once but after that, nothing will happen. The screen doesn't light up or anything. If there are is any help or suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like you're using an M1 computer. The Maschine MK1 is pretty old and therefore does not support newer operating systems. However, you could try the workaround #6 shown in the article below:

Hi. The MK1 is like 12 years old, they will never update anything for it.

Theres some tricks to be able to install the driver on modern MacOS versions but I am not 100% sure if it works for M1 or only intel, here:
