No shipping, no response from NI
I ordered a device on Sunday this week, it has been 7 days, they charged my card and there is no confirmation of shipment, no invoice, and I put in a support ticket Wednesday and have not received a response. Item was in stock and says it typically ships in 1-2 bus days. So I read a few other threads where NI has terrible response times with orders and customer service. I don't know how else to get anyone's attention at NI, does anyone here in the community have any other suggestions on how to get them to process my order?

The best (and quickest) way is to use the "Chat" feature available on the Order support page...Human Hours are limited (and bot during off hours), but has worked for me several times...issue resolved in minutes during "Human Hours"
