I ordered a device on Sunday this week, it has been 7 days, they charged my card and there is no confirmation of shipment, no invoice, and I put in a support ticket Wednesday and have not received a response. Item was in stock and says it typically ships in 1-2 bus days. So I read a few other threads where NI has terrible response times with orders and customer service. I don't know how else to get anyone's attention at NI, does anyone here in the community have any other suggestions on how to get them to process my order?
