Glitches in plugins

I am experiencing problems with my plugins in Ableton, it seems that they sometimes dont always sync when i play my midi keyboard, like there is a little delay. Also there are sometimes glitches/disturbance when i play and also in recordings.

Can anyone help me ?

    Hey @Fanny What's your setup ? Operating system ? Sound card and sound settings ? Is this happening with only 1 track in an empty project ? Does this happen when you have lots of instruments and effects in track or in a project ? Make sure to select the delay compensation in Live then:
