Assign Midi pitches for Percussion

Hi guys,

I'm working on a project where I need to set sampled percussion instruments to specific midi pitches- not always GM standard. For example, I need 3 pitches for a cajon from the NI Cuba library. Is there any way of allocating a specific midi pitch to an instrument and/or style of playing it (ie, slap, tap, open, bass for a cajon)??

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Oh, I should have mentioned. I use Logic Pro, Cubase and Kontak 6

Hey Dan, welcome to the forum.

First thing: it's not a great idea to put your email address as user name, it's always better not to share an email address in a public space.

Then about your issue, could you clarify? What are you trying to achieve exactly? The Cajon sounds are spread on the whole keyboard in this library.
