How can I get phone support to figure out why nothing will load up after installing all my instrumen

Rather then do a new install after switching from my pc to mac I choose to locate all my ni content from the external hard drive I used on my PC and the file structure was not the default on pc now I can’t get anything to show up in ableton or the hardware device please reach out

There is no Phone support, and posting your phone number on the forum is not recommended...🤪 For installation support, go here...Download & Installation – Native Instruments (native-instruments.com)
Edit, to clarify, you can't just "Move" to a new computer... Programs and Plugins need to be installed (Kontakt, Reaktor, Massive and any effects). If you have the Kontakt libraries on an External Drive, you can use Native Access to Locate those libraries which saves a ton of time.

@Kgifford We don't have phone support. Please note that Macs and PCs don't necessarily have the same file structure. On Mac external hard drives should be formatted to APFS: Notes on Hard Drive Formats on Mac Computers
Then you'll need to reinstall the libraries. This video might help: Setting Install Locations in Native Access
