FM8 jumps always at operator C window

Hallo, I'm new here, and a FM8 newbie with an elementary problem...

When I change something in any window in FM8 (say, level for operator A) then the window of operator A changes 'automagically' to the window of operator C. The same with all other windows, and this is a problem to effectively use that synth. All windows jump ALWAYS to operator C. Is it so designed?

I'm on Windows 10 pro, 64 bit, version of FM8 is 1.4.4 (R104)

No, I have only started FM8 and I'm trying to make some noises.

I begin to set up something in Operator A and the window automagically changes to the window of Operator C. Always to Operator C, from every other window: from Browser too! I double click a preset and I find myself in the Operator C window! OK, with the right preset selected... :-)

But this is strange! Only the STANDALONE program (FM8.exe) jumps always to the window of the operator C. When I use the VST (FM8.dll) all works well... strange.

Using the mouse on optical inbuild keyboard or computer keyboard nothing jumps to op C.

Using virtual midi cables it's the same. Myself don't own an NI keyboard.

Do you use an NI keyboard which can send more midis than pitch and gate?

Are you're options are different to my settings?

Is Usage Data Tracking „Enabled“ (shown with a hook in front)? My is set to off.

My options are the same as yours, and the 'automagically' change to operator C happens with all presets: see the video I've uploaded. I've no keyboard connected.

As a workaround I use FM8.dll with SAVIHost (https://www.hermannseib.com/english/savihost.htm): it works without problems (and with a MIDI keyboard connected too!).
