Traktor Kontrol S8 HW + Native Acces

hi I'm a dj my traktor kontrol s8 HW no longer starts when I turn it on the power supply is working already tested in addition to this the product I can no longer find it in the registration panel native acces I tried to register the product again (registration successfully ) but there is no trace on the library I refreshed but nothing. in addition to the machine that does not turn on anymore I also have this problem with native acces regarding the display of the hardwer (traktor kontrol s8 hw) any indication of possible causes?

    This is happening with the S8 I sold my neighbor. He has to give it a light drop sometimes. It seems like it hasn't had a problem since updating to 3.6. But I could be wrong. We haven't used it much the past month.
