Kontrol S2 MK3 power suply issues

Hello everybody, it's the first time I'm posting here on the forums.

What brings me here is a little issue I have encountered while using my S2 MK3. I usually use it connected via usb to my macbook. I tried to use the power supply of my Z1 to use the Kontrol with the iPad or to brights all the buttons light, but NOTHING TO DO!Whats wrong with it? Can u help me please?

I recently bought an iPad ProM2 and after a while I bought the NI Kontrol S2 Mk3 enchanted with big hopes that it will work flawlessly with the iPad… The Ryder came and due to lack of time I found out too late that it’s impostor make t work…Especially because NI hardware is proprietary! So t won’t work with other DJ iPad apps exept the prehistorical outdated iPadOS Traktor pro 2. As pioneer and other brands do.

Well it doesn’t! Exactly the same issue described by this forum page. My mistake was that I realized this issue to late and the product return window was closed.

Idk I can call Natve Instruments for false product advertising! As they should remove the imprint from the box ‘’Made For iPad”. Made for preisthorical iPad’s probably.

Now I have to sell it on eBay bc for me is useless.
Last time when I’ll buy an NI Product.

In addition to that, you can also enable midi mode on the s2 mk3

That will make it work with any midi software.

Pretty sure the entry level pioneer controllers also support midi. What are you talking about?
