butch vig problem..keeps stopping audio every few minutes

ive got a massive issue with butch vigs..im triggering some of the patterns via komplete kontrol and they play ok for a few minutes then it loses all audio..once this happens i have to open up komplete kontrol ,navigate to butch vigs,load up the kit and it then plays again for a few minutes then stops again.

ive checked it and its not in demo mode because i got it with kompkete 13 ultimate collectirs edition but its acting as though its in demo mode..can someone help?thanks
