Kontakt library asking for an upgrade when a full version is already installed

I am trying to make a library (palete primary colors) sound according to them I need a full Kontakt Serial Number, and to click "upgrade" to proceed with upgrade.

Now, if I open my Native Access installed products I see Kontakt 6 and it says, full version and I can see the serial number...

So, Is this Kontakt I have NOT the full version, and if it isn't why would it say it is.

Hi @Vicbcn I don't see there's a full version of Kontakt 6 connected to your Native ID. Can you double-check that you're logged in with the right account?
