Battery 4 not playing back audio on macOS 12 with Logic

Hi all.

Since I’ve moved to an M1 mac with OS12 (Monterey) i’ve been having issues with battery not playing back audio in logic.

When i open sessions with battery plugins they don’t play unless i open them individually one by one.

Saving makes no difference, you have to repeat these steps each time you open the project.

Has anyone else discovered this?

I just wanted to check in and see before i emailed NI Support

Before assuming this is a bug, there are two things to check:

If you have an M1 computer, make sure to run Logic in Rosetta mode:

Make sure to give Full Disk Access to Logic::

Do you have the last version of Battery? Version 4.2.0.
