Traktor Scratch pro 2 don't open on Win10

I have a PC 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11700K 3.60GHz, 32GB RAM

and can't run Traktor pro2.

Downloaded it using my Native Access account.

A message said it was not compatible.

Can someone help me? *Don't have a video card.

    I think this has been covered but from what I believe is your cpu isn't compatible with Traktor DJ Pro 2 but should work with 3 this was a common issue and I don't think they fixed it.

    Thank you very much, tested it with previous versions, but it didn't work either. I will try to upload to 3.
