Sunburst Deluxe - weird artificial pitchshifting delay occurs / sustain pedal

Hi - I just bought Komplete 13 standard and Sunburst Deluxe today - so I´m newbie to this forum.

When playing Sunburst Deluxe Melody I get some really weird artifact delays that clearly has nothing to do with the presets (it occurs in different presets). A little R2D2 ish.

It happens shortly after my (cc64 assigned) sustain pedal is pressed). Kind of it it triggers a bug.

Can anyone help?
