Is it possible to control the level of stems on the traktor s3 controler? Or any workaround to do this without an additional midi controler?

this should be possible, easiest is of course by far is to add a behringer x-touch mini. But you could alter the current mapping, depending on how many modifiers are already in use, are you fine with using pick up mode if necessary, maybe sacrifice some other stuff and so on it will be more or less complicated - but possible.
