Where can I find a side desk piece like this?

In many recording studios (especially ones running analog consoles) I've seen this nifty little side desk/cart-like piece of furniture. Does anyone know where to find these? I'd like to put one up to the side in my recording studio. I've attached a picture, demonstrating the piece of furniture I'm referring to.
