Can't upgrade from Komplete 13

Based on the list I have provided do I own Komplete 13 and if so should I not be able to upgrade to Komplete 13 Ultimate or Komplete 13 Ultime CE.

When I attempt to upgrade it seems that based on what I own is not Komplete 13 even though I own everything included in it ?

It looks to me as if you started with Komplete Select and upgraded to Komplete 13. Based on that, yes you do own Komplete 13.
