In mid set my Traktor S4 Mk3 shut down and is not turning on anymore. I disconnected every cable, changed plug but it still is not giving any sign of life. I tried contacting support but the chat bot is just saying "something went wrong" when i try to escalate and create a ticket for customer support. I don't know what to do and have to record a vinyl set soon.
