Maschine support ticket question

Hello all,

I submitted a ticket request in regards to buying a used Maschine Mk3 from guitar center but they told me they do not have the license transfer.

The support request was submitted on Friday but I haven’t heard back from anyone. I didn’t receive a confirmation for the support ticket and now I am being paranoid if it was ever submitted. I don’t want to submit a duplicate. Any advice?

I'd say go ahead and submit a duplicate. I'm sure they have worse things to deal with as customers. That said, support can take time to respond. My guess is it depends on the volume they're dealing with.

@Cosmickon Your ticket is in our system. An auto reply was sent to you, please check your inbox, spam, etc…My colleagues should get back to you soon anyway. We have a lot of requests at the moment so our reply times are impacted. Thanks for the extra patience on this. Please don't submit other requests with the same object (as this was suggested by another user) as it would only slow down everything.
