My keyboard is unable to be updated. When I unzip the updater file and run the application, the keyboard tries to restart but INSTANTLY shows "Looks like something went wrong" and "Please re-run the update on your computer". Of course, I've tried it multiple times already. I restarted my keyboard, my PC, un-plugged and re-plugged the keyboard, un-plugged every else USB device from my PC, updated Hardware Connection Service in my Native Access app, checked for updates on my PC, even tried to manually update the driver from Device Manager. Nothing worked, i still get the same pop-up after switching on the keyboard: "Looks like something went wrong/Please re-run the update on your computer"
About support from NI website- none of the guides helped me.Also, when I first tried to update it, it did update indeed. But to version 0.0.1, and it can't do anything. Now it doesn't update at all. And on the Updater, the prompt message says "An error occured while updating your KONTROL S MK3 (error -2). Please disconnect the KONTROL S MK3, unpower it and quit the KSMK3 Updater. Then reconnect the KONTROL S MK3, restart KSMK3 Updater and try performing the update again. Alternatively contact the NI Technical Support". Of course, I've already tried all of those. At this point I have no idea what else can I do. Maybe some factory settings reset on the keyboard… If I just knew how to do it.
Would be so thankful for any support, I just wanna go back to playing my (currently useless 😥) beauty.
