Paid Upgrade to Full Kontakt 8 License Not Activating

I recently purchased an M-Audio controller that included a license for Kontakt 8 Player. After installing it, I found I couldn't use my third-party instruments, so I decided to purchase the upgrade to the full version of Kontakt 8.

However, the upgrade isn't reflecting in the software. Kontakt still shows the "Player" version, even after uninstalling and reinstalling everything.

System: macOS 15
Software: Native Access is up to date.

Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution?

How did you "purchase" the upgrade? Via the NI Shop?

Have you checked your actual NI Account to ensure that Kontakt 8 Full appears under:

If it does not appear here - it will be under Unregistered Products - which could require a looksee from NI Support. Or your order is under review etc.

Please check your MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page to see that the full version Kontakt 8 is registered to account , then also be sure that you are logged into the correct account in N.A: and that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS. (please notice that at moment then the page linked to might not show product serials , if so then they only show registered serials on the page for transfer)

Else the standard attempt to fix such a problem is to try the following Trouble shooter here : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access, especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' (delete both NA XML and Kontakt product XML) then restart computer and log in again to see if that helps.

Using Mac then also make sure that ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I.apps must be added to the Local Network (Ref.: How to grant audio apps access to your local network on macOS 15 Sequoia)

Hard to say. If your order did not go right through - like instantly - this usually means there is something that NI needs to verify before allowing the products to be fully registered.

This can range from your address info, credit card data, your location, your bank etc. Many reasons why orders are placed into "review".

Only NI sales support can tell you why - but I would give it a bit of time and then check in with them if need be.

Both lists as not registered , also Komplete 15 Select Band for M-Audio , which I would have expected that you had had registered. I don't know if Kontakt 8 bundle also comes as an upgrade to Select but if it did then the Select would have had to be registered for the upgrade to work.

Also as a matter of principle then I personally think the Komplete 15 Standard bundle upgrade from Select to Standard is a better deal than settling for Kontakt alone. Of course then if one do not care for the rest of the apps in Standard bundle or do not have the money then one of course goes with Kontakt alone.

Anyway , if an order is stuck in as under review or if you have other account or shopping problems then you should contact N.I. Support (all)

So I can understand that my orders are "under review". I received that invoice for Kontakt 8 Bundle and think that's the end of the process. Next step is to wait for this process? In your experience how many days takes it? Thank you so much for your explanation and support!
