I can see that update 3.3 has rolled out and I didn't even received 3.2.
Does anyone knows what could be a problem?
Since you're both on Windows 10, have you updated your Windows system lately? If not up to date, Native Access will not show products that can't be installed on your sytem. Make sure that this version is installed: Windows 10 21H2.

I'm on 22H2 and thought I was up to date, until I noticed BD and DFU drivers were not installed, once I had KB5062649 installed, the updater on the site worked for me. Note the difference in win10 :)
Kinda same boat here, got email today saying to update but there was none, I had a update to 3.3 back on 7/31/25. Could not force Native Access to show any update so I just reinstalled Maschine 3 and now it is at 3.3.1 (8/12/25) but I don't know if this is the update that the email was talking about as that update came out a week ago and I am just getting a email ? Is this a update for Maschine+ users or all Maschine ? email did not make a distinction

Thank you Jeremy but that means that I should roll back my win update from 22h2 to 21h2 and 21h2 can't be the latest win 10 update
