Installation Directory for Successive Komplete Versions

I installed my Komplete 14 CE libraries in a folder called "Komplete 14". I am installing Komplete 15 CE. So I have Cubase songs that based on "Komplete 14" content. If I install Komplete 15 to a new "Komplete 15" that is like 1.4TB of duplicates. I can't delete "Komplete 14" or I will mess up my songs.

If I instead install 15 content to "Komplete 14" all is good, I will remember that 14 means 15.

What do you guys do? I could just change "Komplete 14" to "Komplete" and have to manually fix songs using that content this one time.

I simply use the same standard locations noted within Native Access (Prefs→File Management)

There is no value that I can see to change these locations or to compartmentalize different versions of Komplete.

All my audio apps use these standards and regardless of what version of Komplete I have (and I have many) all apps, plugins and content all use these standard locations.

Easy peasy wins the day.

They'll all install happily to the same place as the current K14 versions. New libraries will get added to the existing ones and updated VSTs like Kontakt 8 will be installed alongside the older versions like Kontakt 7. Assuming you're on Cubase 12 or higher you can auto-migrate any Kontakt 7 tracks to Kontakt 8. I'd recommend not changing the library folder name unless you really need it to have a 15 in the name.
