I want to customize a font in Kontakt script, but Kontakt doesn't support this. Which of the "FONT_TYPE" options supports Chinese display? Does anyone know?
You’ll first need to convert your font into a PNG using a tool like this: https://www.syntheticorchestra.com/kontaktfont/ Once you have the PNG, save it and create a txt file with the exact same name. In the txt file, set the frame to 1.
There's no support for Chinese display/double byte fonts in KSP. It's just a simple ASCII character list… like this attached one here.
You can probably use Chinese fonts in Komplete UI, the new interface system for Kontakt 8.
