I recently purchased a used Komplete Kontrol S49 MK3 keyboard via eboerse.at. The device works, but unfortunately I cannot register it because I don't have the transfer ID. The seller is no longer responding to messages.
I have already contacted NI Support and sent photos and the invoice. Support also emailed the original owner, but has not received a response yet.
I own Kontakt 15 myself and just want to use the keyboard correctly with the Komplete Kontrol software – i.e. no new licences or content.
Is there any way I can still transfer the device to my account or at least have it activated with Komplete Kontrol?
I would be very grateful for any help or advice from NI staff or the community.
