I updated to Traktor Pro 4 and the latest Kontakt 7, and now Traktor is stuck in demo mode, telling me it’s registered to a Gmail account, which is actually my correct email.
I already contacted Native Instruments support, and they said they’d follow up to resolve it. But it’s been days, and I’ve heard nothing back. Their chatbot is useless it won’t let me view the previous correspondence or reopen the case.
All I need is for them to authenticate my software properly, but I’m getting no help. I’ve been a long-time NI user and I honestly don’t understand how a company like this can be so careless with licensing and support.
If anyone has a way to get a real response or escalate this, please let me know. This is really frustrating and unacceptable for paid software.
