Many K12 ULTIMATE products missing in N.A.

Bought it a few years back, perpetual, or so I thought.

I login in today and lots of instruments are simply gone from native access. I can "add them if I had previously downloaded them". As if NA didn't get over and beyond to remove any copies of downloads.

Expensive lesson.

Stay away from this company and their products.

What you get when you buy stuff from N.I. are perpetual licenses. However then e.g. N.I. only support so many OS versions back (usually then N.I: support latest three MAC OS).

There can be a number of reasons why you experienced what you have. Some Mac OS only supports Native Access up to a certain version and some products may require you to turn on the showing of Legacy Products in Native Access settings for the products to show. However then please notice that products will not show in Native Access if they are not compatible with the OS on the computer.

So please tell what is your exact computer type and what is your exact OS version ? and which products exactly does not show ? Also make sure that you are logged into the correct account (that is another classic that people forget which account the products are on)

Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS (unless your OS is a legacy OS)

I have a licens for KOMPLETE 12 ULTIMATE.

But about half or more of it is missing from Native Access. Intel Mac, Sonoma.

When you buy Complete the website says:

An internet connection is required to download, install, and activate the products in this collection. Once installed, all products can be used offline. Certain products may require additional free downloads.

I believe this implies that NI is obliged to provide access perpetually. I wonder what the consumer protection agency or the courts would say, eh?

I followed chatbot advice, deleted macOS: Macintosh HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center > NativeAccess.xml

And suddenly they are back there. Not sure yet what happened.

I'm sorry for jumping the gun here. Please delete the thread / I can't edit the initial post.

And I also forgot to mention that since rather recently then you also have the option to download from Account downloads which however should still require using N.A. for activation. (reference : How to use the NI Download Manager).

Also then if some of your licensed N.I. Kontakt libraries gets updated so that they report Kontakt version is too old then you can either downgrade the library to a previous version or use the free Kontakt 8 Player which should work with all licensed libraries.

Hola ! Yo tengo windows 11 y supuestamente tengo Komplete kontrol 14 ultimate y me faltan librerias

acabo de pasar el nativ acces y esta ahi todo ,pero selecciono algo y no lo encuentra, no he cambiado nada en el disco duro, porque sucede esto? que solucion tengo , reinstalar todo de nuevo ? gracias de antemano…
