Hello. I am trying to access my newly purchased Rosewood Grand from Orange Tree Sampling and have the serial number naturally, but can't find on Native' where to type it in! Please remind me and/or send the link/url for. Thank you.
Hello dlikuski, please go to your Native Access and select "Add Serial", then you can type your serial number.

but can't find on Native' where to type it in!
Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS and logged in into the correct account !
Then add the serial by using the Add Serial in lower left corner of Native Access.
Also then you do not need to type the serial , simply copy the serial without any spaces before and after and then put cursor in the left most of the serial input window and then simply paste the serial into Native Access that way.
