While normally I can contact Support through Chat, today with multiple devices and browsers I can't. When I post a question in Chat there's simply zero response, no bot or human replies. Attempts to email from a previous ticket say ticket is closed but I can follow up, but the follow up page just forwards to Chat, which doesn't work.
Google suggests my Chat needs to be reset by Support, but Support can't be contacted to do this? Maybe this is system wide but I'm seeing no other users reporting this?
