Hello! I have a problem with my Komplete Audio 2. The Headphone volume potentiometer is only activating one side of the headset, I probably have to replace this potentiometer, I would like to know the exact reference of the potentiometer so I can replace it.

I attached a picture of a similar potentiometer model that I found on AliExpress. Does anyone know if this can be used to replace the Komplete Audio 2 Headphone potentiometer?

Are you sure it's not the socket? That would be subject to wear and tear, more so than the pot. Also if you're using a 6.3 to 3.5mm adapter, check it's not that.

Physical characteristics of electronics only means that they will fit 'into the hole' physically and it does not say much , if anything at all , about if the component has same electrical specifications and characteristics or if is fit as a replacement. Just because it looks the same does not mean that it can not be another component all together (unless of course we are talking e.g. color coded resistors or similar).
