Bought K15CE to get Cremona E.., where is it? Can't find how to download

    Thank you, everyone. I, being old and stupid, fell into a hole and now I don't have the one instrument (Ensemble feature) I'd wanted. I already had all of those instruments and so I feel pretty much embarrassed by my ignorance of how these things work. NI is TERRIBLE at customer support. I had tried to find out before but everything I searched said Cremora was in the set But, of course, they weren't talking about the ensemble and I flubbed up. Trying to put a happy face on it now. But thank you, everyone, for your help.

    I wish that NI had customer support available beyond what only you young people can understand and elderly absolutely can not follow. But thank you, everyone, for your kind intervention. I wish I had YOU living near me and I could have you over for tea.

    You ought at least try contacting N.I. Support (all) to see if they are able of offering you any kind of help or solution before giving up 🙂 It can't hurt to send a politely inquiry and the explain situation.

    Thank you, I have tried for hours and hours on end with no results at all. I've even written to Paris because there was a direct email. Never mind. I'll try to learn what is in this new package that I bought. (eye-rolling emoji)

    As far as I know then N.I. do not respond to emails sent by end-users to any email addresses. All support has to be initiated through the web interface.

    As far as I know then you should go to N.I. Support (all) , then log in and then click the chat bot, then when the chat bot responds then just write 'Did not help' , 'contact support' and 'talk to an agent' , that ought to help make a ticket . I can not test it since that would mean that I opened a ticket for nothing , but that should be it.

    Thank you, yes, I've done all that. I was even told that someone would chat with me. I've waited all day and never a word back. I have lost all respect for them. But those instruments are simply miraculous- which is a bore because one is so thwarted in one's attempt to find retribution. Alas, I'll try to learn what is new with my new Collector's Edition 15.
